Request Cancellation

Only requests that are in Approved–Sale Pending or Not Acceptable Status can be cancelled.

1. For vehicle certification: (Click vehicle certification tab > Enter VIN > Click Search > data certification page will come up)
2. When the data comes up, click on the RO number. This will bring up the transaction
3. Check the “Cancel Certification Request” box at the bottom of the page
4. Select reason for canceling request
5. Click the “Submit” button
