The vehicle must have all keys as factory-equipped. If an Audi Certified :plus pre-owned candidate doesn’t have all the required keys, you can order replacements after the vehicle has successfully undergone the Comprehensive Inspection and it’s determined the certification process will proceed.
*Certain MY2015 and newer vehicles are equipped with two master keys only. Please verify key count with your parts department. See chart below.
