Audi Certified :plus

If a car is displayed on the audi.ca Dealer Stock Locator but not shown as an Audi Certified :plus vehicle and should be, or is shown as CPO but shouldn’t be, please take the following steps:

  1. Check VCAS to ensure that there is a valid claim on the vehicle(s) and that the status is “Approved Sale Pending”
  • If the vehicle appears in “Unacceptable Status,” review for decertification or the follow-up of a “Corporate Review” request. VINs in “Unacceptable Status” will need to be resolved before proceeding online
  • If the vehicle does not have a valid claim or is not in the “Approved Sale Pending” status, correctly enroll the vehicle or contact VCAS support – CPO@Audi.ca
